Scope of Project Management Services
From initial project inception through planning, purchasing and final walk-through, Paramount Project Managers are responsible for handling all of your project logistics. Our PMs provide on-site installation coordination, supervision and communication with all team members to ensure our clients’ needs are effectively met.
With a distinct emphasis on cross-team communication and consistent accountability, our PMs act as your eyes and ears on the job site – delivering a transparent and up-to-date view of your project progression.
Our Project Managers Assist With:
- Coordination of multiple vendors and trades such as electricians, data/communications to furniture installers
- Managing and coordinating on-site deliveries
